Svenska Skeppshypotek\u2019s Board of Directors<\/h1>\n

The Government appoints Svenska Skeppshypotek\u2019s Board of Directors and auditors on an annual basis, and discharges the Board from liability. The Board consists of seven members and two deputies.<\/p>\n

All credit decisions are made by Svenska Skeppshypotek\u2019s Board of Directors. The Board is required to meet at least five times per year. Extraordinary meetings are held on the initiative of the Chairman, individual members or in connection with credit matters.<\/p>\n
